Read About Brandon Jennings - Winner of Library Card Design Contest
Brandon Jennings created the winning library card design, Oh the Places You'll Go. Brandon has always been interested in drawing and producing artwork. He has been involved in many art contests from elementary school through his college career. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Art from Missouri Western State University in the spring of 2001 in St. Joseph, MO. While at Missouri Western, Brandon was involved in yearbook production and campus photography and graphic design for Campus Printing Services. After graduation, Brandon acquired a position at Superior Billboard Images in Savannah, Missouri doing graphic design and prepress for large format printing. While at Superior Billboard Images, Brandon created, proofed, and color corrected large format print jobs for many companies around the United States. During the winter of 2006, Brandon had the opportunity to move from his graphic design/prepress job and drove an eighteen wheeler for two years with U.S.A. Truck, Inc. During his truck driving career, Brandon was able to photograph many areas of the United States he had never seen before while satisfiying his passion for driving and photography. During his two year hiatus from graphic design, Brandon decided to move to the Dallas and Fort Worth area to be closer to family and to pursue a career in the field of graphic design once more. Brandon currently lives in Bedford, TX and enjoys portrait photography and being with friends and family in his spare time. View samples of Brandon's artwork.
